UFC 130: A Lowdown on the Best of the Underdog Fighters!

Well, it has been said there is no smoke without the fire and no heat without the flames. That particular statement holds true for the upcoming event, coming from the stables of the Ultimate Fighting Championships, UFC 130.

Everybody has something to say about the main card fights, especially the Light heavyweights, Rampage Jackson and Matt Hamill clashing and the behemoths, Frank Mir and Roy Nelson looking to bring the roof down.

Apart from that, there’s the slight matter of the five preliminary fights, involving some of the best upcoming talent in the UFC roster. And soon, we will have a look at three of the most promising fighters stepping in the ring at the MGM Grand Arena on May 28th, 2011.

First up is the California native and UFC newcomer, Michael McDonald. Merely a year into his UFC tenure, Michael will be among the most watched young fighters on display, as the fans look to access a UFC 130 live stream.
With a record of 12-1, Michael has won seven fights via knockouts, and his previous fight against Edwin Figueroa at Fight Night 24 was judged the Fight of the Night! The bantamweight will go against Chris Cariaso at the upcoming event.

Another debutant fighter from the WEC, Renan Barao will step into a UFC ring for the very first time, against Cole Escovedo. Renan is an extremely talented fighter with a record of 25-1 and 12 submissions.
The Brazilian had come out to be a submission specialist during his WEC days and a bright prospect for the future of UFC and MMA as well.

And the third fighter to watch out for is in fact another Bantamweight, Demetrious Johnson. After winning his maiden fight at UFC 126, Demetrious has caught the attention of the fans with his takedowns and crisp offensives.

Those looking to watch UFC 130 online, that was the lowdown on the gladiators coming your way on their ascension to the top of the MMA pyramid.

Do You Know Matt Hamill, The UFC 130 Main Card Fighter?

When Matt Hamill enters the ring on May 28, 2011 opposite Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, there will be few things in his mind he would feel contented about!

The fighter, who is also known as ‘The Hammer’, has led a very unpropitious professional life, even though his records totally contradict the viewpoint. Even though not regarded as one of the top fighters, Matt holds an impressive record – 10-2. Watch UFC 130 online soon, and decide for yourself what class of fighter he is!

The Hammer has won against extremely good fighters, one of them being Tito Ortiz, of whom he talks about in huge respect; he considers the win against Tito to be one responsible for landing him with big fights such as these.

What’s discouraging to see is the fact that his opponent Rampage was not too keen on fighting against him. Matt is currently ranked No. 17 in the world, which is not considered that good by the fighters, who are there at the top. But Matt knows this and takes Rampage’s side.

He asserts that Rampage should be fighting with those in top five; he doesn’t blame him or feel bad on knowing his intentions. Well, ideally he shouldn’t, because it isn’t for nothing that he is considered one of the most dangerous fighters in the division. His record in UFC is 9-2, which is very impressive and puts him at the top.

Matt has also expressed excitement at the prospect of fighting Rampage and believes this fight has all the potential and ingredients to put him into the next level, from where he can hope to draw in even bigger fights.
His attitude is encouraging, one that will be on full display on May 28, 2011. Catch UFC 130 live stream to experience it, instead of knowing only the results.

Miguel Torres Done Impressing; Fight Means Win Now!

There was a time when Miguel Torres was downbeat, trundling on a losing streak, finding hard to get up, and thereby letting the notion of impressing others slip out of his grasp.

He seems to have regained a lot many things, but the somewhat loosening notion still remained at bay, only this time Miguel did it deliberately. As you set yourself to watch UFC 130 online to witness the fighting mayhem on May 28, 2011, Miguel seems hell-bent on making a point by stating what he feels.
Well, we will let him do that!

He has come out stating that the upcoming bout against Demetrius Johnson will be an event to win, not a stage to display his aggressive strikes. He said he has learnt from his mistakes, overcome the weaknesses, and now plans to work towards winning and becoming the best fighter he could be.

Post the defeat to Brian Bowles that resulted in him bowing out his bantamweight title, Miguel has become a changed man, the result which he wants to attribute to his trainer Firas Zahabi. Firas came to know about Miguel’s weaknesses after a short conversation with him.

Miguel, who now is all set to appear in UFC 130, is confident and hopes to bag a win and nothing less than a win. He has sure grown since the two consecutive win against Charlie Valencia and Antonio Banuelos. A win against Demetrius would land him his third consecutive win, which will sure mean a lot to him and his trainer mostly.

UFC 130 live stream will let you see Miguel in the best form, and others as well who would be hoping to garner acclaim and honor by winning the titles.

Watch out for Rampage as UFC 130 draws closer!

May 28 will bear witness to a congregation of the toughest fighters from around the world!

Belonging to the modern era of fighting, they will assemble at the luxurious MGM Grand Garden Arena, to present an anachronistic sight in the form of the latest offering from the Ultimate Fighting Championship, UFC 130

And stepping out from the Thiago Silva drugs controversy, will be the decorated fighter Quinton Jackson, better known as Rampage, taking on the American fighter Matt Hamill, in the main card fight in the Light Heavyweight category.

Since the main event fight between Frankie Edgar and Gray Maynard III was cancelled, the American hero, Rampage, will take on the freestyle wrestling expert, Matt Hamill, which will be followed by the clash of the heavyweights, Frank Mir and Roy Nelson.

In the welterweight category, the Brazilian grappler, Thiago Alves will clash with Rock Story, in an attempt to put his name up for the Welterweight title proceedings. And the former Sengoku champion, Jorge Santiago, will go head to head with Brian Stann in the middleweight category.

The residents of the Sin City, Las Vegas, will bear witness to the spectacle, while the rest of the viewers can always catch a UFC 130 live stream.

But that’s not all! The preliminary fight card will feature some extremely skilled upcoming fighters like Miguel Torres, Gleison Tabau, and Demetrious Johnson.

Although many would agree that the cancelled fight between Edgar and Maynard may have taken the shine off this event, but a certain Frank Mir and Roy Nelson would disagree, as they have promised to light up the night, MMA style!

While Quinton Jackson would look to make up with the loyal MMA fans, which seem to be disappointed with his decision to refuse a fight with Shogun Rua, and the controversial win over Machida. Hopefully, for those looking to watch UFC 130 online, it will be an exciting and brutal match-up between Jackson and Hamill!
